Dr.KC Santosh, PhD
Chair, Department of Computer Science, The University of South Dakota
Prof. Santosh is the Chair of the Department of Computer Science (CS) at the University of South Dakota (USD). He also serves International Medical University (IMU), Malaysia as an Adjunct Professor (Full). For a year (AY 2019/20), he served School of Computing and IT, Taylor’s University as a Visiting Associate Professor. Prior to that, he worked as a research fellow at the U.S. National Library of Medicine (NLM), National Institutes of Health (NIH). He worked as a postdoctoral research scientist at the LORIA research centre, Universite de Lorraine in direct collaboration with industrial partner, ITESOFT, France. He also served as a research scientist at the INRIA Nancy Grand Est research centre (France), where he received his PhD in Computer Science – Artificial Intelligence. Before that, he worked as a graduate research scholar at the SIIT, Thammasat University, Thailand.
Shri Chandrakant Pithawa
Shri Chandrakant Pithawa retired as Distinguished Scientist and Director, Electronics & Instrumentation Group in August 2015 after 42 years of service in Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Mumbai.
Shri Pithawa did his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Rewa, Madhya Pradesh in 1973, one year BARC training school course in nuclear science and engineering in 1974, Master of Engineering in Automation from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in 1981 and M.S. in Electronics from University of Southampton, U.K. in 1986.
Mr.Sreenivasa Reddy
Senior Director of Engineering at Microsoft
Sreenivasa Reddy is a Senior Director of Engineering at Microsoft, where he leads technology, R&D, standardization, and regulatory engineering in mixed reality, as well as Metaverse areas in India and APAC, the Middle East, and Africa. He has about 32 years of technology experience across wireless, wireline, optical, and telecom power domains.
Prior to this, Sreenivasa Reddy was part of the Apple India leadership team, heading the regulatory, technology, spectrum, and standardisation functions. He was with Ericsson India as VP & Head of Government and Industry Relations; AVP Strategy & Emerging Business with an Indian carrier Aircel; and with Marconi Plc. on a global role handling pre-sales and product management.
Sreenivasa Reddy is an engineer by education and profession and an evangelist of technology by passion. He holds an MBA and an executive management degree from Duke University
Prof Suresh Chandra Satapathy
Prof. of School of Computer Engg and Dean- Research KIIT, Odisha
Prof Suresh Chandra Satapathy, currently working as a Professor of School of Computer Eng. and Dean- Research at KIIT (Deemed to be University), Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, India. He has over 30 years of teaching and research experience. He is active in research in the areas of Swarm Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Mining and Cognitive Sciences.
He has more than 250 research articles published in various international peer reviewed journals and conferences. He has as on date h-index of 43 and over 6900 citations to his articles. He was listed in Stanford University and Elsevier 2% scientist in the World continually for last 3 years i.e. 2020, 2021 and current in the year 2022. He has to his credits three new evolutionary optimization algorithms developed namely SGO, SELO and PPF.
